1. Service Description
NIVACT (accessible at nivact.in) operates as a pay-as-you-go SaaS utility platform providing digital services including URL shortening, link analytics, and online developer utilities. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Digital Credits & Non-Transferability
NIVACT utilizes an internal credit system. Credits are purchased via Razorpay at a fixed conversion rate (₹1 INR = 1 Credit). Credits are non-transferable between accounts, have no cash equivalent value outside the platform, and do not expire unless an account is terminated for violations.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse NIVACT services. Specifically, you must not use the Link Shortener or any tool to distribute malware, phishing schemes, illegal content, copyrighted materials without authorization, unsolicited spam, or deceptive links. We reserve the right to immediately deactivate links and suspend accounts violating this policy without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NIVACT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of India.
