1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal data required to provide and secure your account:

• Account Credentials: Email address, full name, and profile avatar (provided during signup or OAuth login).
• Usage & Tool Logs: Tool interaction logs, shortened link records, click count metadata, and IP address logs for security auditing.
• Billing History: Transaction records, credit balance adjustments, and Razorpay payment/order IDs. (We do not collect or store full credit card numbers or UPI PINs on NIVACT servers).

2. Data Storage & Region

Your data is stored securely in Supabase Cloud PostgreSQL database infrastructure hosted in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai - ap-south-1) cloud region. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption, and data at rest is governed by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. Third-Party Services Used

We integrate with trusted third-party providers to facilitate authentication, payment processing, and hosting:

• Razorpay: Payment gateway for processing INR credit top-ups securely.
• Google & GitHub: OAuth authentication providers for fast, secure social logins.
• Supabase: Managed database and authentication backend services.

4. User Rights & Data Protection

You have the right to access, export, or request permanent deletion of your account personal data at any time. You can view your account details on the profile dashboard or submit a deletion request.
